I have a solo practice that focuses on personal service. That means several things to you. First, those who deal with a larger firm often find that after initially meeting with the attorney, most of their case is actually handled by an assistant. When you hire me, I individually handle your case. When you call with a question or concern, I answer the phone or if I am not able to immediately answer your call, I will timely return your call and when I do—you will be talking directly with me—not an assistant. I personally manage all aspects of your case, and I will personally be with you at any meetings and court appearances.
Secondly, I do not agree with those who offer a cut-rate fee up front, but then you find out there are “hidden costs.” Don’t be fooled— law practice is a business and “you get what you pay for.” I charge a flat fee that completely covers the typical aspects of a case. Unless something unusual occurs, you know up front how much your case will cost. And I go over with you in the beginning the kinds of things that could potentially increase the cost of your case. So, when you have questions and concerns during your case, instead of worrying about them because you are afraid a call will run up your bill, you can maintain your peace of mind because it doesn’t cost you anything extra to just call me and ask.
